The sun is back

Oh the sun is back dolls. After a rainy day yesterday we are sun-kissed today again :-) I had a busy week with work which was great, so I just keep it quite this weekend: Getting some magazines, books and dvd´s from the library and slowly start to get my winter outfits out of my wardrobe.

Shirt: Esprit, Jewellery, bag, sunglasses and leggings: Forever New, Shoes: Budapest

My mum gave me this shirt years ago and I still love it, especially in combination with my heart-shaped leo-printed bag and some golden jewellery.
Hope you have a great weekend xxx

Lookbook: Get some sparkle

I got this skirt last year, but didn’t had the opportunity so far. The skirt has a zipper in the whole front and is completely laced. As it was a little bit chilly today I combined it with a long-sleeved shirt and my beloved fur vest.

Skirt: Tempt, long-sleeves: Esprit, fur west: K mart, Shoes and Earrings: Forever New

The perfect combination when the weather is so unpredictable. And my golden shoes just always make my day :-)

Finding some space for my sunglasses

My boyfriend got this big champagne glass to his 21st birthday years back and took it into our apartment. Since than it is just standing around being pretty much useless. Well, I finally found a solution :-)

I decided to use it as a holder for all my sunglasses and I believe it looks just so much better than beforehand

Well, I still hope I can convince him to colour it pink or gold :-)

Lookbook: A little bit of skin

I bought this shirt at my last shopping trip to the outlet centre as well. I love its simplicity. It looks clean and simple on the first sight, but it has an open back.

Shoes: Zu Shoes, Jeans: Tally Weijl, Shirt: Jay Jays, Bracelet and Headband: Colett

Shoes: Zu Shoes, Jeans: Tally Weijl, Shirt: Jay Jays, Bracelet and Headband: Colette

I combined it with a pair of white jeans and a fish tail braid. As this is kind of a simple outfit I decided to go with some colourful berry-neon shoes

Cleaning up the Make Up

I LOVE make up, well I guess that is just naturally for a girl :-) You would maybe think that I keep my make up all clean and tidy, well… I have to tell you that it is (or has been) the other way around.

I had my own little make up table back in Germany, but here in Australia my space is limited. No pretty table with a big mirror and lots of space, just a tiny little bathroom.

I have to confess that since I have moved to Australia all my make up has been “smashed” in one big pink bag. It took me ages to find the right lipstick or eyeliner, really annoying.

Before

Before

Well I finally found a solution. I went to Kmart the other day and picked up those little baskets. I divided my make up into four sections: Nailpolish, Make Up, everything for my eyes and lipstick/gloss.

After

After

Now it is all neat and tidy in my little boxes. I tell you: My mornings are a lot quicker now not searching for the right piece all the time :-)

Lookbook: Casual chique

I got this Shirt a couple of weeks ago in an outlet centre close to Brisbane. I adore the print and the bigger sleeves, but haven’t been sure so far how to wear it.

In combination with those old vintage shorts and some nice Heels I found the perfect combination for a casual but still chique outfit.

Shirt: Roxy, Shorts: Vintage, Heels: Budapest, Flower: H&M
